Lellibot Craft Challenge - Become a Guest Designer

Do you want a free digi to play with and the chance to be a Guest Designer in May then you need to hop over to the Lelli-bot Craft Blog. Sam and her team are giving us a chance to win a Guest Designer spot for May. They have set the challenge of using a free digi stamp to create a card to enter into the challenge.
So here is my card I made using the non coloured in Lelli-bot Craft Digi stamp. I used distress inks to colour the image. I then added a pearl to the bow. I cut out using a nestability. I backed onto pale blue pearlescent cardstock.
I created my own stencil to design the backing papers. I sprayed some spray and sparkle through the stencil and let it dry and then added distress ink ontop with a stencil brush for the top paper. The bottom paper I used the stencil in a random fashion and used two colours of distress inks. I added some ribbon, lace and a sentiment from my stash to complete my card.

Gothic Grunge by Lellibot Craft

Thanks to Facebook I found this amazing new company called Lellibot Craft . I have been busy crafting with the paperkits during the past week and I have to say I am very impressed. They are a reasonable price with an abundance of goodies to play with once you get them delivered (very quick delivery times). The kits are versatile and suit all styles of crafting. My favourite so far is this kit I am sharing today called Gothic Grunge
.

This is the kit I ordered from the website

This kit is amazing fun. I painted the topper with watercolour pens. I then embossed some white card and painted with the same pens. I the used the leftover paint to stain the backing paper from the kit. I then stamped over the paper with the same pens I added flowers and guilding wax to embellish.

I hope you can join in the facebook group and follow the blog as this product really is fantastic. I won card of the week with another make this week on the blog so hop over and see that card along with all the Design Team inspiration

Playtime

Hi today I have spent time making a card simply for my own relaxation and enjoyment. Sometime since I have done so. My Mum had a diagnosis of Lymphoma cancer back in August so my mind has not been on crafting as much as praying for her to get better. She had a scan last week and they are happy that she does not need chemo anymore. She has ongoing issues with her speech and with her nose but hey God is awesome and a powerful healer through our prayers. So this card I made firstly because this Delicious Doodles image releases today called Lilleth screams play with me. I coloured her with Spectrum Noir pencils, I used dies by Spellbinders and tattered lace to embellish and flowers. The papers are DCWV.

Happy Valentines Day!

Hi just popping in to tell you about the Valentines Day card I have made for Jimmy. I used Steampunk Heart by the wonderful Teri Sherman owner of Delicious Doodles. Our theme at the Delicious Doodles Challenge is Ribbons and Bling. I coloured in Steampunk heart with my new Spectrum Noir pencils. I then created a grungey topper using a cogs and wheels stamp some modelling paste and mica powders and distress inks. I added ribbon and string. I added gems to my steampunk heart for the added bling along with the mica powders. I then embossed some coredinations card and backed onto centura pearl card. I used a die lite key die from spellbinders to make the key embellie and i added a sentiment from my stash that i had stamped.

The Beauty of Love

Hi there I hope you are all well. I wish all of you who are poorly a speedy recovery from your illness. I am sharing my creation for the Delicious Doodles Challenge this week. The theme is Easel Cards. I noticed that my stash was a bit short on New Baby cards so I made this soft baby card using A Mothers Love available in the Delicious Doodle shop. I used pink Co-ordination card as my 6 by 6 base card. I added some lovely DCWV papers and the image is coloured with alcohol pens. I added a sentiment from my stash which I stamped onto a die lite die from nestabilities.

I look forward to viewing your creations this week.

Floral Fun

Hi hope you are all well and having a good week. I have been cleaning my oven this morning so apologies for my delay in posting this DT post.
I have created this card for our latest challenge at Delicious Doodles "Anything Floral". We all love flowers so get something floral and join in the fun with us. As usual there are 5 Delicious Doodles images up for grabs as a prize xxx
I used the new floral image called Love in a mist and Butterfly border. I copied and pasted the Love in a mist image to create a bouquet. I used a spellbinders die to create a pot to plant my bouquet into. I then used the border to frame this. I decoupaged the border for extra dimension. I used alcohol pens to colour. i used centura pearl as my base card.
