Mo's Feeling Blue...

Hi there I am just stopping in with my entry for the DP2 Challenge who are all "feeling Blue". I have made this card for the challenge using a bit of pink and brown too. The backing papers, flowers and leaves are from an My Craft Studio CD rom called " Paper Flower Expert". The backing papers on this CD rom are divine and the flowers are so versitile I highly recommend it.  I have coloured in my image with Promarkers, copics and spectrum noirs. The banner is from a free download at the MCS club. I am entering the CES challenge who want " Banners, Flags and bunting".

Thanks for stopping by today I really appreciate your time and comments. I hope you are inspired too. Hugs Pascale

Back again with some Kraft Cuteness !!!

Hi there this is such a gorgeous image I had to find some time to play with her. So I decided to go with Krafty Cute as I have a bit of a thing about Kraft card at the moment. She is available to buy at the wonderful Delicious Doodles shop HERE! She is called "Sniffing Daisies".

I printed directly onto Kraft card and coloured with promarkers, copics and spectrum noirs. I then added a sentiment.

Challenge I am entering  is The Crafty Pad Cute and Girly xxx
I hope you like what I have done!

Playing with my My Craft Studio and Mo's image xxx

Hi there I have been struggling to get to my computer but I have been creating lots of crafty stuff to sustain my Craft Addiction. I have taken  a bit of a breather from blogging to spend some quality time with the family as the beginning of 2011 was a traumatic time for all of us.

I have made this notebook for my eldest daughter who will start secondary school in 3 weeks to say Good Luck.

I used a free download from the  My Craft Studio Club I love the bunting isn't it just so sweet. The Design paper is also from this freebie. The sentiment is from the freebie too. I added some ribbon to hang my bunting from and the flowers are from the Paper Flower Expert Click Print go CD rom. I adore the three dimensional fuschias from this CD.

I used this cute image from Mo's Digital Pencil and I coloured with promarkers and copics. I have been colouring with my spectrum noirs over the weekend but I have a limited colour pallette for the moment. I enjoyed colouring with them but need to practise as they require a different technique to promarkers and too copics so need to perfect that a bit xxx

I am entering my notebook into the " Anything but a card " challenge over at the DP2 challenge.

A Krafty Day!

Hi there everyone I have had a great Krafty Day and so I am sharing some of the fruits of my labour with you. I have made two cards for Delicious Doodles Shop. I hope you like them I am quite chuffed with how they turned out.
I'm  already thinking about Harvest time and the summer is barely upon us, well hop over to the Shop to see some gorgeous new releases with a harvest feel!! I used the gorgeous Autumn Fall paper to make these two makes. I decided to make tea bag folding paper adn both cards have no digital images they use simply paper.

The first card is one that I think is great for the season of Thanksgiving that will be upon us before we know it. I used the papers and changed the tone slightly to make two contrasting backing papers. I simply resized the original image to 2 inches squared and tiled to make the tea bag papers. I love this technique so theraputic.

I added some vellum to the top half of the papers and a ribbon. I then mounted onto kraft card and I added the stamped sentiment. I then added the finished tea bag folding and a decorative button. I also cut out some of the leaves to embellish the card too.

The second card is made using 5 squares of tea bag tiles to make the cross. I then added a button to decorate the cross. I again used a contrasing colour of backing paper by using my graphics program to change the colour. I added vellum,a ribbon and a stamped sentiment to complinent the cross. I also added some cut out leaves to the design.

There is still time to enter the DT call so hop on over to the Challenge blog for full deets.

Thanks for stopping by today I really appreciate your time and comments. I hope you are inspired too. Hugs Pascale

Sweet and Bright ... x

Hi there this week over at Sweet Pea Stampers we are going weekly with Team A taking the turn this week. We are having a challenge of "Sweet and Bright " this week.  I decided to make a 10p notebook a bit more funky and fun using my stamp from the Karen Middleton sweet pea stamps. I used copics and promakers to colour having stamped the image direct to the notepad. I added some ribbon from my stash for some more zing.

Gosh I am so behind... Kids on Hols!

I have made a jewellary box for my daughter using the wonderful image Peacock Blue Decoupage to decorate the box which I made using the wonderful My Craft Studio Encyclopedia of templates. I added some brads ( a bit wonky but my daughter didn't mind) and I added some flowers from a kit also from My Craft Studio.
