Last DT card for Digi Doodle Shops Best challenge :0(

Hi this is a really sad post as today is my last card for the wonderful digi doodle shops best challenge I have really enjoyed the past 6 months working alongside such amazing talent!
I really appreciate the wonderful opportunity that Judy and Mom have given me. I love their images and will be back joining in with the challenges when I can x
Okay the theme this week is to use 3D on your cards. I decided to 3D the image! I love this cowgirl image and she works so well with the 3D technique.
I made a digital background and then added the image on top on my graphics program and then I printed out he same image and used it to 3D. I used PM's and copics to colour. The papers are from my stash as are the embellies. The sentiment is from The Greeting Farm!
I wish the new team a real success with what they do!
Thank you again to everyone I have worked with I have loved every minute xxx

Thanks for stopping by today I really appreciate your time and comments. I hope you are inspired too. Hugs Pascale

Feeling Autumnal!

Hiya I have made this card today it is a totally flat card and it is made  by cutting away some of the white of the image using my graphics program so the background shows through. The image is from Delicious Doodles she is called Cloaked Lady. I love fantasy art as you know if you visit me reguarly. I used a scrapbook background from Daisy trail from the enchanted scrapkit and added the image onto it and then cutaway what I didn't want. Then I printed directly to card and coloured the image with PM's and copics. Totally love the effect of the flat card. The sentiment is done using versamark and perfect pearls.
I am entering this card into the following challenges:

Tuesday Taggers - Autumnal theme and prize from The Craft Barn!
Incy Wincy Designs - Anything goes

BOO!!!

Good Morning and hope your Monday is not as dreary as mine is here in a rainy London. I have made a card using a Delcious Doodles  image called Pumpkin Witch she can be found HERE! She is my new stash
She is so funky I thought I would use quite a bright colour scheme. I used copics and promarkers to colour and then did a cosmic shimmer background. I used my Sakura stardust pen on the web and if you look real close you can see a thread from the spider on her arm to the web!
I used the sketch from Sketch and Stash and I used the theme of A kind of magic from Totally Papercrafts! The papers are from MME and I have not used them for a little while!

Welcome to Pascale's PAD (Papers and Digital Images)

Hiya everyone, hope you are all enjoying a great Sunday. Here it is a really lazy one. My other half has just taken the kids out for a few hours so I am on here to tell you about a new venture I have embarked on. I am now designing Papers And Digital images and the place to find them is over at Pascale's PAD (Papers and Digital Images). I hope you will all drop by and take a look.

Here is a card I have made for several challenges using the first Paper collection which is called Pascale's PAD Vintage Christmas Collection. It can be found HERE!

I used the fabulous Red Cardinal image from Delicious Doodles you can find the image HERE!! Teri now has instant downloads so you can start playing straight away once you have purchased your image.

I coloured the image with promarkers and copics and I cut i out so I could layer it onto the papers. I took the sketch from Simon Says Stamp Challenge for this cards layout. I used my Marianne designs die and cut out the frame from one of the papers and embossed it. I used some distress inks to highlight the embossing. I then used the die as a stencil to cut out the centre using a contrasting paper from the set.
I then used 3D foam to mount my red cardinal to the frame. I added some Holly from a ribbon I purchased from The ribbon Girl I added a sentiment and some ric rac ribbon and some gems.
Other challenges I am entering this card into are listed below:
ABC Christmas Challenge - T is for Tree
CES Challenge Blog - Use and animal ( hope he counts)
Winter Wonderland - Red green and Holly

Tag You're it!

Hi there this is my second DT post today and it features my Tag in a pocket for this weeks Tag You're it! I have used my new Adorables stamps from Crafters Companion. I used the pretty skates and coloured with cosmic shimmers. I added some distress ink and some snowflakes to the main tag and some ribbon and a sentiment. I then cut out the skates using a nellie snellen die and added it to the tag.

To create my pocket I made a criss cross style card. I distressed it added MME papers and some snowflake stamps. I added ribbon too. At the moment I am crafting without too much thinking but for the first time in a long time I feel like I am doing what I enjoy!

Keep It Simple - Gold Dust

Hello what a week I have had and next week will be just as busy. My daughter is in Yr 6 and I have to choose 6 secondary schools to put on my CAF form boy I am vexed making this decision.
I have an idea for the top two then there after I am confused!
Anyhow I have of course been destressing with lots of creating. I don't want the doc prescribing anti depressants now do I!
Here is my card for the Keep It Simple Challenge! We have a theme of Gold Dust. Time has been very short this week and this card literally took 5 minutes to make. I made next weeks theme by mistake earlier in the week and so this was a hurried card. I used perfect medium to stamp the image direct to card and then dusted on some perfect pearls. The image I adore it is a Hannah Lynn Image from Crafts and Me. She is called Marna.I added some pearls.

Penny Black Challenge

We took a walk over Tower Bridge this afternoon and we nipped to Waitrose for some mussels. We had to walk through St Katherines Dock. My how beautiful is it there. There was a boat for sale reduced to £550,000!!! Roll on the lottery draw later on x
This week at  the Penny Black challenge they have a great theme of Indian Summer which unfortunately seems to have not happened this year.
I decided to make this little card to enter into the challenge. I used a B-C-E hexagon template to make my base card it comes with layer templates too so I used these with some MME papers to make my layers. I coloured the image with promarkers and copics and I added a gingham bow and some faux stitching.

Who said decoupage is boring!!!

Hello I am a little sad to day as Ally Pally is on and I cannot go as I have run out of pennies for crafty bits at the moment. I hope all you girlies that are going have a fab time xxx I will be there in April so I can look forward to then.
I have made a card for the Winter Wonderland who have a theme of Holly, red and green. I have used the beautiful decoupage sheet called Poinsetta Fairy Decoupage from the crafty purple frog. I have used every other layer so I had enough to make two cards out of one sheet. She is printed onto glossy photo paper.
The papers are cosmo cricket and the gorgeous holly ribbon is from The ribbon girl!

Sweet Pea Stampers

Good Morning, sorry I am a bit late posting this as I have been visiting schools and going to services and I have just returned from the Harvest Church Service this morning. I am off to speak about our school's Church ethos this afternoon too. Such a busy month this is for me.
I am bringing you today my DT card for Sweet Pea Stampers! We have a theme of Charmed I'm sure and would love to see charms on your projects. We have 3 gorgeous Lisa Victoria stamps to give away too.
I have used this sheet from The Crafty Purple Frog she is called Carnations of May Pyramage! You can find her HERE!
I printed out one sheet onto  glossy photo paper as I think that these designs just look superb on this paper. I then  used both the invertage and the pyramage back to back to create a hanging element in the apeture of my card. I used nellie snellen die to mount them onto. I threaded on some ribbon and lace to add texture! I also added some jump rings to hang it and two charms.
I stamped on a sentiment and I added some ribbon and embellishments from my stash.

Digi Doodle Shop's Best Challenge

Good Morning well I am exhausted I have just returned from another secondary school viewing. This time an All Girls school Academy with state of the art media facilities. It had a great art and textiles facility too. I saw Iris folding on the wall and the Yr 7 have made cards as their first textile project. The textiles teacher is a Necklace junkie my kind of woman!
Need to do a pros and cons list and see where I am going to place it.
I have been cardmaking to alleviate the stress and today I am bringing you my DT creation for the Digi Doodle shops best challenge.
The theme this week is embossing you can use dry or wet. I went for dry. I used a papermania folder and I coloured the gorgeous image in with my prisma colour pencils and sansador.

Grungebook pages

Hi there as part of a swap on the Lots to do Forum I have made these Grunge book pages. I have done these four so far and I really enjoyed doing them. I have put the theme at the top of each one and a short description of what I have done.
Flight of Fancy

I used acrylic paint to make the pink background onto mountboard. I then squirted on some green and I used the end of the paintbrush to create the squiggles. I added some stickles to this area too. I added flowers to create a frame around the image which I directly stamped to the background and coloured with a mixture of cosmic shimmers and prisma colour pencils. I added some glossy accents to her.
Full Metal Jacket
I used some distress inks to create my background and then added some acrylic paint dauber over the top. I was trying to get a metallic look. I printed an image I made sepia  on my graphics programme. I stamped a sentiment.

Two Lives
This one I wanted to create a parady on the "Modern Woman". I wanted to show how we have to live two lives! I used some papers from DCWV to act as a base and added some acrylic paint that  I then rubbed away with a baby wipe. I then added my images. I decorated with  flowers.

Imagine
I used distress inks to create a base of sand sea and sky. I then added some cosmic shimmers , some white ink as clouds. I added the image directly to th e background and  embossed. I then colocured with prisma colour pencils. I made a clay embellishment and added some flowers, dewdrops and a sentiment.

Penny Black Challenge

Hello, I am having a busy busy week visiting secondary schools in the area. We have to pick maximum 6 choices. We (me and my daughter) visited a school the other day and we both came out with big smiles on our faces! I am starting to worry that we will not get the top choices though and then I think we willl be deeply disappointed!
I have to stay strong and opitimistic. I have been busily creating to keep the stress levels down. Here is a card I made for Penny Black Challenge using Joey's lovely sketch.
I used Websters Pages papers I used promarkers and copics to colour in my hedgie. Everything else is from the stash x

Ching Chou Kuik Peacock blue Pyramage!

Good Afternoon my gorgeous OH has taken the kids to Victoria Park across the river so they can expend some energy and I can create peacefully.

Here is a sneaky peak at a new pyramage sheet from The Crafty Purple Frog. When Amy sent me this one I nearly died when I saw it (in a good way) I totally adore the image, the colours and everything.

I had the perfect papers on an Artylicious CD rom Peacock Summer Party. I knew they would work beautifully together.
I took the sketch from truly scrumptious challenge blogspot

They had an optional theme of using knots on your project so I knotted some beads on some string and a button and added a bow at the bottom!

Amy has been working really hard to get some Christmas sheets out and some new Pyramage sheets so  hop over and check out what she has on offer HERE!!!!

Thanks for stopping by today I really appreciate your time and comments. I hope you are inspired too. Hugs Pascale
